Notifications
IPFOS tells you when a ticket needs your attention — inside the app.
The bell
The bell icon in the header (visible in every module) shows a badge with your unread count. Click it to see your most recent notifications, newest first; unread ones are visually distinct.
- Click a notification to open the ticket it refers to — it is marked read automatically.
- Mark all as read clears the badge in one go.
The panel refreshes when you open it, when you return to the browser tab, and periodically in the background.
The full list
Dashboard → Notifications shows your complete notification history, paginated, with per-row and mark-all read actions.
What triggers a notification
- A ticket is assigned to you.
- You are added as a participant to a ticket.
- A new message lands in a ticket's dialogue you're part of.
- An internal note is added (for those who can see internal notes).
- A ticket you created with "needs response" is closed.
- A ticket breaches its SLA target.
- A relative ticket is created from a ticket you're on.
note
Notifications are in-app only for now — email delivery is planned but not yet available. Check the bell.
